You have to start it up from the .jar, and for that you need to Java installed in your system.

Worked for me updating the 0.2.0.2 (op) version I had.
If not working maybe you could try DL that and then upgrade.

you need to talk to your companion while camping, 2 times (until she starts participating in the fights), if she participates in a fight, the enemy may attack him. If you have Kylila, let your life go down until she heals you
