Hallo everynyan, new weekly!
It's been pretty slow-going these last few weeks, but we do have the new Kitsune Doggy animation and some writing to go along with it. The Urka art is almost done (surprised we didn't have Urka oral before!), and the new town is getting there as well.
Once the new werewolf stuff is done, I'll be working on story mode!

There's the cheat toggle found in the menu (unlimited food, can continue after bad ends, encounter menu).
Otherwise cheating has to be done with editing the save file, which is quite easy since it's .json which is a "human friendly interface", ctrl+f is your friend there, always make a backup (although the game usually makes them for you nowadays) before making edits, if you do not know what to do, better not do it or you get a visit from a certain character, but just ctrl+f phrases like money, food, perkPoints, skillPoints, magicPoints (you can buy spells or upgrade your gear with these).
There's tons of other stuff you can do with save editing, if you know how, i've found out mostly by tinkering with it myself and since only requirement of understanding it is pretty much knowing english and understanding a little about how the variables work, my understanding level of coding is the level of potato and even i can do it.

Got excited for the Kitsune Doggy animation. Until I saw the art before downloading the update and remembered how shit it is. It's so sad to see the face first art/animations.

Beyond trial and error, you can try checking the Fan Wiki. The wiki is sadly outdated, with the only Admin for it seemingly not wanting it to be updated /shrug
Hello! Does anyone know how to get to the trio scene with Jess, Cait and the Dark Knight? I see it in the pervert menu but haven't been able to find it in game for the life of me.

It's found in Story Mode in the Jester Encounter! You achieve it I believe by either losing/surrendering or getting the Pacifist Outcome and then asking for the Generals.

Also I think, except for defeated Heroes, the Demon King doesn't actually endorse slavery. Haven't seen any examples beyond Heroes (mainly Hiro).
