Currently the only scene I can recall with urination is the Warlock Sleepover Piss Enema you get, with no warning given. I think there might also be something with the Giantess and the villagers that worship her bathe in her piss, but that might be me misremembering.
There's no content filters/warnings though, so it's tagged just like all things in ToA that need tagging because the game has them.
She clearly hates Heroes, beyond her lustful feelings of sexual addiction/fetish for breaking them and ruining their lives, plus she's a General of the Demon King. Why would she aid us, while Dullahan is only doing so via sexual relief and we've been anally deflowered by her (so we can't be a prophesized hero) Of all the people who could be a companion, Dark Knight makes the least sense to be anything but an Antagonist to us given her current writing. At best, we might come to an uneasy truce regarding the captured Demon King VIP in Story Mode. I can't think of any reality, without Hiro being owned by her and basically treated as one of her MANY broken hero pets, that Dark Knight would consider Hiro as anything more than a fuck toy she needs to deal with as per her job. Even she brings this up, she's not going to give up either out of her own desires to be like this or she's forced to by the True Demon King and Matriarch. She won't be like Alma, Urka or Dully, she's not even like Selkie, she wants nothing from us besides animosity or yearning desire to be defeated by her. Of all the Demon King's forces, she looks the most human because she's the most like a 'demon'. She's a monster, one who very distinctly enjoys that reputation or is broken so much by servitude that it's all she now knows to be her. In the army, I think she's the one least bothered by the actual Good they're trying to accomplish (unless she has a past reason to hate Heroes) and is just playing into her character as much as possible.

There's a ton of art and the script (including coding lines for speakers & emote changes, but 95% is dialogue/writing) has nearly 9.5 mil letters.
Even with cheats, encounter warping and max stats, you'll have tons to play with. A game that you can spend weeks playing, ToA is worth downloading! It has content of all kinds, plus more QoL features to come ^w^
If you're playing for content, do Adventure Mode/Create a Character. Story Mode is more for experienced and invested players.

Make sure you're using an up to date Jar File (or APK on Android) then go to the Waking Lands map (volcanic ash zone). It should generate when you load into it, I also believe it favours spawning to the Eastern side of the map.
