Hayoooo, new weekly!
Still some unfortunate goings-on, but we've got the Quetzal POV animation in (along with some related scene expansion, as well as the rest of the Urka + Alma scenario! We've also got sounds for all the Catgirl animations.
Next up we've got Dark Knight, Alma, and Alraune stuff, and we've got a lot of the third town done~

It's tied IIRC to either losing to Alma and being trained a specific way then returning to the manor or it can also be done AFTER recruitment. You can't get it for sure if you defeated her and did not recruit her. One of her training loss paths have it so you can return and spend the night there after she cums inside you. Then simply choose to wake her up or not, without being assertive and trying to get a nut of your own, then she'll give you a piss enema. I don't recall the SPECIFIC training loss path you need to take, hopefully someone can answer it here but if not, ask on the Itch Forum about how to get Alma's Urination Content.

You can win combat, level up and beat the game without ever performing sex. Some sex ranks are bugged and you can't level up their rank via combat sex.
You have to be Alma's Toy and Urka's Slave, that's a pre-requisite. Starting it is done as such, based on a Patreon comment:
Still wish we could get some development of Alma x Urka without it being us as a Slave and Portal Toy'd/Feminized or surrendering to the Tentacle Witch, kinda like how I wish Trudy's quest didn't require having sex with him first. Heck, you can't even recruit Urka without losing at least one kind of virginity.

The protagonist of Tales of Androgyny, Hiro, is a male that dresses as a woman. There is now gender selection option for the protagonist of the game.

Hiro currently is only a He/Him protag, who changes pronouns in specific Game Over endings only.
There is a planned future option with an indefinite development time until being added, that will grant the player to chose He/Him, She/Her and They/Them when creating Hiro (Might be Adventure Mode exclusive, sadly)
Majalis recently teased that Hiro will be becoming more Gender Neutral in future with an Alt Text they added to their newest Bluesky post:
"Hiro from Tales of Androgyny riding the goblin Selkie from Tales of Androgyny cowgirl, both of them pursing their lips and Hiro's eyes rolling up from the sensation of her warty gobbo dick going up he/she/they booty"
This could be a sign that it's coming soon! Alongside a mention in a recent update post that could be a hint:
"improvements to the editor that'll do a lot to help with finalizing encounters, particularly the larger ones, without introducing continuity errors (and also make it possible to create more variations based on player status and earlier choices)."
When this is implemented, Maj explained in the past this could either be something you can do in-game, in-creation or simply freely. There will not be any Vagina Transformation, as Maj has outwardly declined the feature with various reasons given. You will be an Cis Intersex Futa, just like most ToA lasses are, or a Transwoman if you pick She/Her! If you pick they/them, the game will instead be using gender neutral pronouns and likely a mix of masculine and feminine language to account for your choice. Probably changing most of the gendered insults too!

I hope it gets added soon, since a lot of folk have wanted either a She/Her or They/Them pronoun option and ESPECIALLY in regards to interactions with NPCs like Drow Hunter, Persephone, the Warlock, the Brothel Madame, Dullahan and more who often bring up Hiro's gender. Damn, imagine if Persephone actually tries to rizz up a she/her Hiro ^w^
