No idea if the dev reads feedback from F95, or only from Patreon, but I'm posting it here anyway.
Coloured text for character dialogue would do wonders here. Lilith's Throne does that, TiTS does not, and I find the former is much easier to read. The coloured text stands out and visually separates big blocks of text without needing line breaks.
One big thing, have a vision, and don't try to cater to everyone. People who like one thing are not going to like the thing that's a complete opposite, and might even dislike it being in the game at all (if not for X, the devs would have more time for Y!). Think about it, how many successful harem games with optional NTR are there?
If the protagonist is a womaniser and likes to drink, it would seem out of place for him to suddenly try to marry one woman and quit booze cold turkey. I'd say even femdom might be too far, but I haven't read the scene yet so I don't know the circumstances.

I'm glad that the devs apparently have more time for the game these days. But I really have to wonder when this will turn into a playable state. Well, I haven't played this since the very first release, but looking at the changelogs, it's still pretty much just a few scenes and nothing else going on, right?

Since the inception, the appeal (apart from the great art) was the prospect of playing a cRPG with porn. But at the pace this is going, I wonder if it will ever really turn into a legitimate game. Good luck to the devs.

I wrote a walkthrough you can consult if you get stuck... otherwise it's mostly a free-roam/sandbox VN for the time being.

Since the inception, the appeal (apart from the great art) was the prospect of playing a cRPG with porn.

Right now it's a visual novel where you get to walk between the scenes, instead of clicking through them via auto-teleport. Other systems like card combat will be added in time when we get around to it. I wish we could work faster but the day has only so many hours, and most of those are taken up by IRL responsibilities.

Funny you wrote that... because we actually don't - we have less. It's just we've shaved off personal leisure time to make room for the game. Which is why it's hilarious when I read some of the previous comments here complaining about lack of features, as if time and money both magically grow on trees. Whatever, it is what it is... updates will continue at their current pace for the foreseeable future. We push out a new build every 2-3 weeks on average, which imo is pretty good.

I can't seem to unlock Meredith's second footdom scene, but I did everything mentioned in the walkthrough. Is it possible that saves from previous versions can't access the scene?

Old saves don't work, you gotta start a new game. The maps change in between builds (NPCs, events, triggers, etc.), there's no way for us to make it backward compatible with older saved games.

You guys need to find a solution for this, or at least provide an alternative. Your updates have become more frequent, which I think is great, and I really want to play this game. However, starting over every time is frustrating.

I'm not sure how you can do it, but maybe adding an option to continue from the last update would work. Alternatively, you could provide us with a save file for each update so we can continue from there.

Is there a way to fix this? The sex scene is completely devoid of text for some reason.

EDIT: Also how do I disable the voicing? I personally do not like voiceover in smut games, even more so in text based ones. The fact that my game waits the voices to play before showing the text makes it even worse as I can't just mute and read normally tho that might just be my pc being garbage.

Press the SHIFT key on your keyboard. Hitting that toggles the text box on/off.

You can set the voice volume to 0 in the main menu, but AFAIK there's no way to fully disable them without also modifying the internal scripts directly.

would be nice if we can access the gallery faster, at least till we get to the final version then you can switch it off or have it's trigger near the end of the game
