IIRC only 4 out of the 25+ tutorials are voiced and unskippable (the really important ones). All the others have no VO.

Inventory isn't coded yet, and it's missing icons art. Quest log as well... but you can refer to the walkthrough in the meantime (it comes bundled with the game, inside the .rar archive).

The art is good, the concept is neat. Perhaps it would be ok if clicking on things didn't result in 4 paragraph lore dumps all the time though.

I literally typed this out waiting for one lore dump to end. I took one step, another started. My brother in christ I get you're worldbuilding here but come the fuck on. Characters do not need to elaborate 4 separate times for a simple observation about local geography.

Pretty neat, n if I'm honest miles ahead of most Devs. the UI variation does mess with the UX a lot. I'm baised towards the book aesthetic more than the traditional "talking spirits".

Sorry friend, can't help you there - it's a text heavy CRPG with an emphasis on roleplaying. You're not gonna enjoy the game or its content if you dislike the long text sections.
I don't think you're trying to get what he's trying to say, Having lore dumps back to back is not fun or interesting to read through especially if there is nothing related to character changes or anything dynamic going on, if you're going to lore drop stuff back to back at least vary the way they are dropped to be entertaining in some way. I'd recommend studying Disco Elysium, Fallout New Vegas and a couple Tarantino films to learn how to make exposition interesting. Or just youtube how, being a text based game doesn't excuse egregious writing, it highlights it.

It does come swinging out of the gate really laying down the lore which absolutely can be overwhelming for some people. Personally having grown up on games that were just text games I find it quite refreshing myself and it's really nice to see a chuck of text and not just one sentence click fests. I will say the nsfw parts/art to break it up is a bit lacking atm but hopefully that will improve.

Well... got great hopes... tried it...got sleepy and bored very quickly before so much blablabla of endless lines of boring choices and conversation... no inventory, no CG, irritable VO which forces you to wait for it to finish to finally advance... even the sex scene is boring...

Too much too read, not enough too play or see for now.
See you in 2-3 years if the game isn't abandonned meanwhile for lack of entertainement...

Me too, I personally like the storybook/CYOA setup... but people kept complaining about the layout and how it had too much text, so we switched over to a more standard horizontal RenPy-esque setup for the sex scenes.

I re-read his comment and I think he's talking about the voiced popups that Hale & Meredith have at certain spots on the map. Those were added to fill in the gaps and give players a bit of info about the world/setting... we even went through the trouble of VO-ing them, in addition to the text. Their triggers have a 100% chance to fire when tripped, we could reduce that to 50% or 25% to make the loredumps less frequent, but then there's a chance players miss them if the % dice roll doesn't pass the trigger threshold.

I've actually been thinking about this myself lately... Currently, the way the game loop is set up, you roam around and talk to NPCs, then some of them have sex scenes at the end of their dialogue/quest. It would be good to add more lewd content in between that so it breaks up the regular gameplay, but I'm not sure what the best way to do it would be... because you can't just spawn lewd CGs randomly around the map, it has to be woven into the gameplay. If you've got any suggestions I'd like to hear them. (y)

Mate this is BEYOND text-heavy. The information is all too dense to even retain all of it.

Like ok, the lore dump i triggered while walking. Walked by the big stone face, Paladin mentions something about seeing them as a kid. Ok cool. then she elaborates a single sentence on how they're related to some ancient group of like, giants or something. Great, awesome.

Then she spends 4 more text boxes painstakingly explaining the entire history of these giants. No, too much, not needed and not useful.

And that's after 3 text boxes were deemed necessary to explain that a job board exists. Which was after a mention of supply depots turned into John Main Character having a one-man circle jerk about how HE ordered them to b set up, with unnecessary elaboration on WHERE they set ALL of them up.

You're presenting way too much information at one time. It's all too dense, you gotta spread it out a bit and make it less cancerous to chew through.
