I may be missing something or doing something wrong (Which is entirely possible for me ) but the lewd patch seems to be in 9.7, but I am not seeing it in 9.8.

Yeah - not seeing it as well. In 9.7, it was a separate rpa in the game folder, but there is none in 9.8...

The doggy scene was good but such a strange choice of dick for the dog. Why not use an actual dog's knot asset?

After extraction, open the file. You'll see files for v0.97, .98 and .99. Click on either .98 or .99. Copy either one. Now open the game, click the file that says "game", then open it. Once open, click the box that will highlight all the files, then paste your copy. The files will automatically put the files in the right order. Close it out, then restart the game. Once started, you can go through one of the scenes in the gallery to check the dialog. The changes will be there if you did everything right.
