A few quick updates:
- I have received about 50% of the script for Day One from the writer I have employed and I am currently implementing the first portion of the script (Day One has a choice of three activities, so it does branch).
- I have started making backgrounds and animations (animated character sprites) for Day One scenes. Many of the animations will be existing ones but with different outfits and there will be some new animations too, as required.
- The "safeword" button now works and will have specific dialogue for it, depending on when it is used.
- The next thing to code (besides adding the new sections of dialogue to the game) will be the "journal system", which will allow the player to make better informed choices.
