What on Earth are you talking about? There's been anal in every Acerola game I've played. I'm not really a fan of it outside of DP, but I'd be surprised if this one really doesn't have it.

EDIT: Yyyyyyep, after checking, it's one of the training options for all capturable heroines. Looks like it's an option in the prostitution scenes too. There's a lot of it.

There are 3 sets of doors. The description of the door tells you which one to bring.
The 1st door is the noble lady Flora. Then Rutile and lastly the knight commander Garnet
