to be honest, Even though I hate how he's milking this game, the new build looks quite promising.

Reading between the lines, I honestly think someone else did all the animations and he can't make new ones so just keeps rehashing the old stuff with all his "gameplay updates". Maybe I'm dead wrong on this but it's been literal years since any new content actually in the game. Don't think I'll ever see this game finished, sadly. What is here is worth playing (Flash version moreso tbh) but I don't expect it to be finished anytime soon or ever.

You don't even need to read between the lines, just browse his posts via kemono. Between the flash changes and the comics stuff, you can clearly tell the animator is gone and has been gone for a long while, and this guy's stuck changing icons and numbers for years. The comic stuff is interesting but kinda wasteful when there's just a few more monsters and animations left to finish the bestiary anyway

Fair enough, I don't actually know what kemono is I just was a casual enjoyer of this game from the Newgrounds days. When he resurfaced after years of silence I gave him a tenner since I liked the old work but I have essentially given up on this. It's in the graveyard for me but maybe I'll check back in a few years and see if he found someone who could copy the old animation style to add some new stuff to the game. You would think it wouldn't be THAT difficult but I guess it's a highly niche field for NSFW animators and the best are probably doing their own thing if they have the skills.
