You can get both Ragworm and Panther Cap from going to the queen's nest.
Bonding: Ragworm in the desert. Panther Cap in the forest.

You have to gather intel and invade the current tiles to take control, once you've done that you can move onto the adjoining tiles.

does anyone know how to get money in game and also for me the wiki doesn't really explain bonding. of course im still on skill 5 I think it is I only have area unlocked and the guy gathers but really slow so haven't even goting first special item yet

I still have save issues the roming keeps reseting creating new file and I have to keep resetting
