It appears you are not educated enough. This game is not designed for Android! Especially considering the latest game version is a BETA! Even on Windows you will have bugs! If it were a full version, you would still have bugs on it. There are certain mechanics and code in the game that just won't work in Android.

There's no way I can keep 'Robert's legacy' foetus alive until day 7 or 8 if those days aren't even in game yet. Haven't even been able to get to the gun shop yet.

You are certainly not educated enough for sure. He changed the mechanics of the game a few versions back. Two years ago was a long time ago and what worked on Android for you then, doesn't work smoothly now! If you want to play the game with less bugs, then play it on a Windows computer or laptop! It's a Beta you doofus, so of course it will have a good deal of bugs running on Android!
Could you add insects and other types of creatures (bestiality) such as parasites, tentacles, slime, worms... Which can modify your body, or for example: That the worms get inside your chest and your anus ( that you can see from time to time how they move or that depending on the number you have within the characters, they have some benefits or disadvantages) and ask for semen every so often or else your life will decrease...? (Sorry, English is not my language)
Uh, this is not a request site. Creator doesn't interact here. You have to request that sort of thing on the games discord page. Even so, the creator won't add something that grotesque like.

Have you never played this game before? There is only one patch. The other links on that page are older versions of the game. Clearly in underline there is a Beast content patch!

I think the patch is preincluded in the game now. There is a setting to turn on beast content if you want.
