Those NPCs generally don't have any further function in the demo after you've seen a sex scene from them. Maybe they'd have some other role past Day 2, but we'll never find out unless the game updates
Some other NPCs are intended to be recruitable companions similar to Debra but that is years away. I believe there is supposed so be some sort of temporary immunizer in the future that you use to let them help you without risk of infection

dont worry, the progress hit 92%, in my oppinion the game will avaliable on december ( just my calcualation)

Do you mean Dr. Millburn in the Pharmacy? If so, I don't think there is a best option, it just depends on what you want to see and the skills you are going for. Working with Dr.Millburn basically leads to giving him girls to impregnate, which is cool if you are going for the... whoring skill I think it was? And there are perks that get stronger with the amount of women characters pregnant in the group and so on. But if you want to go for a more "nicer" route, then yeah, you can't work with him.
dude you can play whatever way you like, if you miss a scene you can still watch it in the gallery...
I always hate that the games that suck us in like this are always the ones that get abandoned or take 5 years for a 15 minute update. I'm always disappointed to come back 2 years later to find maybe 4 new scenes added.
Guys, I have a question. I just saw that this game was uploaded in 2018, we are in the year 2025 and it is still in beta phase, I really like games with bimbo girls with fake lips, huge round silicone breasts, small waist, and bubble butts that are only used as "free impregnation wombs"; but I see that it has already been in development for seven years. Is it worth waiting for updates or is it one of those games that promise to continue the development of the game when in reality, they are practically abandoned and only the designers take money from interested players?
