is there an easier way to explore content or do i have to load previous saves? also is there any way in the current game to advance a pregnancy further or is it stuck how it is for now?

Stuck how is because the developer hasn't advantage that part of the game. What do you mean by easier way to explore content?

Im just sad that the lack of new content, he focus so much on the game and not on making new scenes and pics

I think the developer has focused too much on what he likes and not what subs/followers like. There was content the original game structure was fine as is, but he decided to overhaul it to improve mechanics, etc, which is a daunting task for any developer to do to their game. With that said, there has been no time to introduce new characters. On his blog site, he listed new characters to be introduced later on in the game, but later on has yet to come.
