This is a very well done game. Choices matter, animations and scenes play out differently based on your character and the combat system is really well done, not too hard, not too easy. I will probably join his Patreon because games like this deserve to be developed. Great experience so far, not just from fapping but actually playing, this is a zombie survival porn game done right. What it does is pretty much in the name. It enables Tiffany to lactate (secrete breast milk) without needing to be pregnant. I do believe that while the item itself is coded in, it has not been properly assigned as I can confidently say that no one sells or gives Tiffany Lactivate.

Strange... Why are people acting like there's been a new update all of the sudden? v0.07 has been publicly available since November...

I guessed as much. However I do wonder if will be able to use it even if she was pregnant (extra milk production never hurt nobody heh)
