I get that, but its been like 5 months man. The dev is working sure and props to the guy for taking time to redo the code, but it feels slow.

You can get impregnated at this stage(along with your female companions), there are some body changes(visual for main character) and mechanics(like zygote hp etc) along with it, but you won't see pregnant belly/birth until later version(not sure what version exactly).
