I had the same problem, old saves break the game. I restarted and used the new game function that skips to the start of the new chapter immediately after naming yourself and the event worked after.

Oh yeah if you had saves from a version prior to 0.09 you have to make a new game.
Cecillia content (the guard) and Violet (slave guild). Only Ccc Violet has a "fuck" scene though
What great update this was. A lot of different content and maaan dev/s rly managed to make me like all these girls they all have a thing that makes them special.
I also love the humour in this game I always have a grat time while playing it.
Only thing I didn't like in this update is the frking grinf like wth. Pls tell me guys I wasn't the only who slept like 2-3 time while doing the whole Violet thing while she was sleeping. I felt like it lasted an eternity maaan.
I can't wait for the elf girl, the monster and the "godess" parts. Well we still have a long way to go b4 achieving that.
