It depends a lot on the support, not even talk about money, but if every thing you ahces is a sea of bullyng and negative review, finish another if you are interested in complete games, but have not uploaded here complete, check my Itch Irreverent Heresy; currently this IHII.
But answering to your question; imagine all the programming behind it, I don't know if you have played it yet, but it has a big routine, with several events trying to coexist and not overlap, and the whole map still needs to be opened.
IHII and TESS (this one); at the moment except for the minuscule percentage of people who support this, in general both were poorly received, IHII for there in Itch a little better.
I'm not a new dev, nor a veteran; but I've already passed the “maybe you'll do well in this” test, and with TESS and Love MorteM, it was a big “No” from the community.
The truth is that I have that “communist” side of sharing, but the little moral support comes from a few, and I repeat, I'm not even talking about money or profits, it's all lost in that sense.

Keep cooking then, cause this still ain't great. I'm not a dev, I don't care how hard or how much effort you put in. If the renders still look ass it's still ass.

Yes, I put it in the DFB post of F95; basically I saw that many complained that it took a long time to start and they were shocked by the sandbox; unlike the Irreverent Heresy saga that are more “classic” VN (at least in the game play), TESS (DFB) is designed to be sandbox, especially when they finish opening the map, so I restructured the mechanics, and also revised the characters and the story, to detach it a little more from IH.

I just downloaded it and been playing for a few minutes. Looks good so far.
To the dev, don't pay attention to trolls. Renders are not 100% but there are games out there worse than this one and people still playing it, that's OK. You are doing what you want and like, and that's what is important, right? Of course, you want people to like your game and all, but remember: We can't satisfy everyone! If some people don't like it the way you're doing it, just don't play it and move on. Simple like that!
Keep it up buddy! You're doing an amazing job in this one!!!
Just one question: How do I increase my fatigue resistance? Just sleeping?

I didn't understand, maybe because of the translation, but if you are so interested there is version 0.2 on Patreon, rather than waiting if it is abandoned or not, there is one more version.

Follow Lauren’s quest — at one point, you’ll go for a walk with her. Before that, you’ll notice that you're not in good physical condition. That’s when the beach area will unlock. And my 1 suggestion would be: PLEASE change the default music volume to not default to 100% on launch. The background ost for the loading screen is rather loud by itself, let alone music being set to 100% by default.
