How do I get Dia birth scene? If I go to the office after Tesy's storage birthscene, I can't proceed because there's no one!!! It's error!!

After messing around on the joiplay cheats nenu I found a extreme fertility drug(triplets), superfetation drug and SMTH else which guarantees multiples. There's even reactions from coworkers in the office if you set belly size to 3

Probably things meant for future updates, whenever those get implemented. It definitely would be nice to have different versions of all the scenarios, but that's definitely going to take time to do (and right now their attention is split between 2-3 games including this one).

It’s a secret birth in the hotel. Not sure how I triggered it though. All I remember is that I checked on Tesy before it.

Looking at the code, it's just random chance (1 in 4) rolled when you pick either of the girls - doesn't matter who, both have the same odds of triggering the scene.
