... this part is sorta bullshit in regards to germany, any depiction is allowed in germany as long as it is not clearly realistic, which HS NEVER is... the realistic here means in a "you could think it would be an actual person" or at least "copying the likeness of a actual person" kind of way... No one with half a working braincell would mistake a HS character for an actual person, even well made games in much less anime-ish graphics are fine in germany, you could make a game with kindergartenkids and legally would have no problem...

It is true that fictional content is legal, as long as it does not relate to any real events.

That being said, I would not really try anything in this regard, because "real events" can be a very broad topic. E.g. would it be a real event if I create a game around me with friends from school back then? Or would it only count as a real event if it is some sort of parody or copy of a real case...
(Even tho, I realize that I basically just repeat what you already said, lol)

But when Georgia now looks 24 and her boyfriend looks 15 or 16, immersion goes out the window. Look, I've defended .RogueZero since I found this game and even though I don't like how some of it is now, I still defend his right to do it. I'm not going to attack or disrespect him because I now no longer like certain things.

Yeah, I mean, some Side Characters certainly need some work. As you said, the Boyfriend. But I personally like the Georgia-Rework and I dont mind if the Boyfriend looks strange now. I guess it will be fixed eventually.

Why are you guys always trying to make players know how old your characters are? I was so okay imagining that the mom is somewhere around 34+ years old. Now I know that she is 41. Why not 61? I wonder. Is there really one person who cares about characters profiles and bios??

I'm rerendering the first 3 scenes because they are visually.

It's still time that could have been spend on writing new material, and I honestly doubt this will be the last rerender/rewrite. But it's your game, so you are free to do as you like. Just don't count on me becoming a patreon. I liked the game, but I'm feed up with the constant rewrites/rerenders. They are low quality compared the the original ones. The rerender/rewrites are clearly a rush job.

I compared the files from this one with the one vs on the 3rd and nothing changed, the same amount of videos and photos in all folders remains the same... What a waste of time, I picked up a save before the end and the same thing happened, it ended the same the previous version.

I didn't see where there are these 150 renders and the 12 animations that you mentioned, I have the vs from the 3rd which is the previous one of this update, I decopied the files and checked by comparing all the images in all the folders and everything remains as before and the number of videos on the 3rd it is 43 and this update also has 43 the same animations.

Yeah. I showed up on Day 3. Liked what I saw, now, I'm not liking what I see. But I'll still defend the dev for changing it.
