Nah, man. Games that feature stepcest trash generally don't have patches. See, those are all made by spineless cowards with no sense of proper depravity. The games that do have patches tend to have ridiculous relationships in place like "landlady" or "childhood friend" instead of the good stuff like "mommy" and "sister" respectively.
The reason for that is that the whole stepcest garbage is still censored by the dickless old douchebags in charge of Patreon (and other such sites) so whenever developers go for any of that stepcest garbage, it's simply because they themselves are a bunch of spineless little shits.

I am highly confused by this game and what its identity is supposed to be. On one hand you have a handful of hot netori scenes where you are stealing girls from other guys but then it gets overshadowed for the most part by a bunch of non sexual "lewd" scenes and the spanking/punishment aspects like its trying to be like The Headmaster or something. Just a weird combination to me.

I am confused by your confusion. Netori scenes and spanking scenes are not mutually exclusive.
I guess I view netori on the more alpha male dominant side of the spectrum of these type of games and spanking/punishment more on the beta side (you arent good enough to pull the women on your own merits so you have to resort to punishment/corruption). Maybe its just me but they dont seem like a good match for each other.

Why wouldn't spanking or punish the ladies be your own merit? Maybe they're into it, but they're too scared to admit it or their husbands/boyfriends are simply not interested. The MC may provide what those women desire, so I can't see it as some form of "beta" trait. There are multiple ways of showing a dominant side to your partner, after all.
