There's technically three meanings.

Netorare: Someone steals the MC's guy/girl.
Netori: MC steals someone else's guy/girl
Netorase: MC and possibly their guy/girl gets off on watching the other have sex with people.

Netorase is the only one not considered cheating, since both are okay with it. The problem is, I've yet to see a single developer be able to keep form turning Netorase into outright cheating or Netorare. Every game, without exception, that starts as Netorase will end up as Netorare.

It's pretty irritating for people who are only into Netorase. It'd be like if someone was only into straight porn, then things suddenly turned hardcore gay. And I'd make my own game, but this fucking learning disability is kicking my ass.

Edit: Actually Nevermind! For some reason SjoherMod seems to work for both versions of the game! That's pretty cool.

To gain a gallery, you have only to step into the files: TAC-game-images. I have 4 different folder of the game: the old game, the new game, the modded game, and the game spiced up...:)

Maybe he has a deadline, maybe he's always had a deadline.
Maybe it's about money, maybe the passion isn't quite there anymore, maybe life is doing life things.
It just makes me sad that the current updates haven't quite been the same quality we've come to love with this game.
Maybe it's just the whole 1 day at a time thing that makes it seem like it's slower and not enough happens, if you play the whole week at once like normal there might be more content over the whole week, but the time it takes for a whole week to be released how does that compare to before and how much content there is? I have not paid attention to that enough, I just remember getting very exited seeing an update and now I am not because I know it's just going to be disappointingly short.

You have right, there's need a remake of the 13th part, BUT only of it! There are some ideas about the possible content of the 13th and/or the 14th part of the game written in the previous comments. The quality of the 13th part proves, that the developer hasn't much conception about the future of the game, and/or he hasn't enough time to make perceptible his intention. There are some possibilities to continue it, but may be, that the developer simply can't make some good endings of it.

I think the guy you responded to was trolling, but it's more than cheating. That's why there's both a tag for cheating and ntr.
NTR has more to do with loss, jealousy and heartbreak. It also doesn't require people to be in a relationship at all, so not cheating.

Not sure I agree. They already narrowed down the paths significantly.
The paths are [Do you want to see this segment about sharing?] [Yes / No]. And it's been that way for 3-4 updates.
Example: [Anne meets person, you overhear her, she walks home with them.] [You follow them / You go back to work]
There's also been a little bit about MC cheating on Anne, but that's not a lot in comparison.

In looking at the developers page, they say that Saturday will set things in motion for Sunday and week 14 and they seem pretty proud about it, which was to be expected. OTOH, the update here is from a Gold Member so hopefully we won't have to wait like we used to here.

I personally don't believe in partial updates. If there is enough content worthy of a full release, then let's wait for it. Since I have been playing almost every single release since 2008, this last one has the least content-delivery for me. Others can appreciate its earlier than waiting for the supposedly full of events Sunday. Its just me, that I see a released product as a reflection of the developers qualities. If its polished, its a worthwhile creator, and if its lackluster its a cash cow.
