Yes, he always do surprises especially after long absences.. and it seems that i know Mircom's way of communication better than you...
For me the June message (about 40 days ago) was enough to understand that he was working on Tacos

About Christine I think is just a teaser game for now-- for sure will be a great game in the next year...
But Tacos must be completed.
the story is well defined and many renders are ready I think the next vacation of the couple has at least 50% of the renders ready ... because they are the ones from TAC

if he wants to complete the game soon he will have to use a lot of the already made renders from TAC CH14 version... maybe renewing the quality with updated software and better dialogs (as he said in his first message about rework decision..
At least 50% of the work done for TAC must be used in Tacos otherwise it will take years to complete a story that was already almost complete.

I may be wrong but this is what I understood in that February message from the dev.

I feel like I have already won over your indiscretions and speculations.
as I said Mircom is not the type to externalize what he really wants to do ... you only report speculations that have no real basis
and what he wrote in the February message proves that it will be many enders from the old version ...

Will not be done this year, that's a fact. To much story left to tell and yet is now starting to take longer per update. Getting back to how long it used to take. I loved the old version and the new one has its perks but what i find funny is the fact that the dev stated the he rush things and didn't like where the old one was headed. Been remade multiple times now and yet has her already having multiple encounters in a row already. With random people no less not any of the actual story driven people. Whom we are yet to even see.

the mistakes was caused by patreon suggestions

the story now is all written!
No one can change it anymore and the dev has the experience to avoid the same mistakes he made!
