You say that like it's a bad thing, IRL maybe it would be but in a porn game, the bigger and blacker the better!
I can't imagine that Anne will ever be a prostitute in this game. It's simply not part of this game.
Maybe the way you interpret her behaviour, you see her as a cheat. But from Tony's perspective she isn't most of the time. And since you're playing as Tony and not yourself, you really should learn to view things from his point of view. That is the essence of playing adult games or any games for that matter. We can behave in a different way than we probably would in normal life.
You're seeing things from your point of view and not the MC's. Tony has encouraged his wife to do all these things, it isn't a problem for him, it turns him on. He now has a free pass from Anne to go out and fuck around himself, and he can take full advantage of that, because there are loads of women in the game who find him sexually attractive. It's not like he's not getting enough sex elsewhere himself, that he needs to have sex with Anne everyday.
In any case, in recent updates him and Anne have been having sex together a lot more. There was a period of the game when that wasn't happening. No single person has sex with Anne as much as the MC. He has something like a 5 to 1 ratio over anyone else. Yes she has sex with every other character more than she does with Tony, but no individual can get close to the number of times they have sex together.
Might be interesting if some choice leads to her losing the job, and she decides to do what she does best for $ - or maybe go into porn...
I didn't say he had a free pass from the beginning of the game. In fact I stated fairly clearly that initially he didn't and therefore he was cheating more often than her. That's why he gets unfaithful status if he has sex with other women and she doesn't. Because she has a free pass and he doesn't. It's only much later in the game, that Anne agrees to let Tony do his own thing. Over time she begins to suspect he's cheating on her, and also as she gets more and more comfortable with the lifestyle and begins to get turned on by the idea of sharing him herself, she decides it's only fair that Tony has the same privileges that she does. That's why after their heart to heart in Barbados Tony's status changes back to faithful again, because he tells Anne all the things he did earlier in the game.
I'm fairly certain if she lost her job, she could easily get another similar one. People become prostitutes because they're desperate for money. Tony is on the point of becoming a partner with his former boss, and they're about to buy a much better apartment. Money isn't a problem for them.
In any case, the Dev has never given any indication that he wants to take the game in this direction.

You're contradicting yourself here. From Tony's perspective, at the beginning of the game they told each other that they should talk about everything. For me, from his perspective, if Anna does not talk about, for example, a doctor and many others, it is a betrayal. And the game should be redone, if Anna doesn't tell Tony about a guy, she should get non-faithful status right away, it should work both ways, otherwise the game is cheating on the player and is not credible and illogical. And the game should be fixed. They only honestly tell each other the truth at the end of the vacation.
At the beginning of the game they're doing everything together. But over time it evolves into more than that and the implication is that Anne as a hotwife, now has a free pass and is allowed to do pretty much whatever she wants. Tony does want to hear about it and hopes that Anne will share everything. But he doesn't insist that she does so. The only person he gets concerned about is his father, and Anne does deliberately deceive him with Martin. And that's why if that happens, Anne's relationship moves to false, but if she eventually admits what's been going on, then it returns to true again.
The thing is, you consider this to be cheating, but they don't. That's your own personal opinion, but it isn't theirs. It's perfectly logical because different people have different opinions about what constitutes faithfulness in a relationship. Hotwifing isn't clearly defined, it can be different things to different people.

And I disagree here. Anna cheated much more than Tony and the pass you are talking about only works if she was honest with him otherwise it doesn't work. And as we know, she was not honest many times. Only Tony could become unfaithful if he fucked the girls in his office. Tony So far I have very few girls to fuck in this game. Only later did Anna let him as you say, but when he is honest with her, which was not true. The couple were cleansed after a candid conversation during their summer vacation.

Ann is cheating all the time because she always tells HIM it is his thing,
so her witholding to tell him anything either before or after is her cheating,
because she is lying to him she is doing it for him, when in truth she is the town bycicle.
HE finds her doing it without permission in his own bed, yes, it is his house,
she is just a guest there, but she keeps going off with some rando assholes
that sugger dad her.
SHE goes off doing guys with nothing to gain,
as HE is way better looking, fitter, more experienced,
goes through all the stops, but this game forces her to immagine her pleasure
while dropping on unsuspecting assholes as opposed to being a true wife and
having her muscle bound athletic hunk of a husband bang her to the moon and back.

But once again, this is all just your opinion. It's obviously not the opinion of the Dev, who is telling us how Tony would react if he was aware of it. We know this because Anne's relationship never moves to false when she has these sexual encounters. You keep mistaking your opinion with what constitutes faithfulness, with the Devs, which is expressed through Tony and Anne. It doesn't matter how many women you allow Tony to have sex with, because even if he has sex with no women apart from Anne, he always views what she does exactly the same way.
We know what Tony ultimately thinks about cheating, because he openly cheats on Anne himself. He obviously doesn't consider it a big deal in the kind of open relationship that they have. When Anne has sex with Ryan behind his back, and you choose for Tony not to bring it up that he knows, so that Anne will confess the truth. It doesn't bother him in the slightest, that she's having sex behind his back. Because of course, he's already doing the same thing to her, with multiple women. And he realises that she gets the same thrill from doing this, that he does. He'd be a total hypocrite if he believed otherwise.
Ultimately, they decide not to continue along this path, and henceforward to be completely honest with each other. I wonder though in the future, whether they'll be an option for Tony not to let Anne know everything, and this will lead to another bad ending ( or at least one where they up with different people)?

Only nowhere do they say that Anna is a hot wife or I do not remember. The routes in this game are so jumbled up that there is no one single route, everything is put in one bag and mixed well. He can do what he wants on one occasion when he's honest with Tony At the beginning of the game they were supposed to always tell the truth to each other, so Anna cheats him, he trusts her and she deceived him because don't tell him the truth and he trusts Anne and he doesn't insist that she told him everything. and the doctor fucked her, she went down the street and made two boys, I remember hj. fucks the recapcionist. She was at the beach and tells Tony she's going to the restroom and fucking the sunbather behind the screen. She pretends to go to bed and goes to fuck the bar guy. This is obviously not a scam? yes And I'm not gonna tell Tony that? It's interesting that Tony has less and less sex with Anna, because when he comes back, he has no strength for him. I wonder if he realizes that he is having less sex because of Anna's adventures. And the game should then be called "Happy adventures of hot wife Anne, whores, no Tony
Tony doesn't view it, as missing out, when Anne has sex with other people than him. He wants her to do all these things, and gets really turned on by the idea of her having sex with other men. Even when she goes behind his back and he finds out about it, that turns him on as well. So it doesn't matter to him, that he's having less sex with his wife, because ultimately she's doing what he actually wants. He's getting what he wants, she's getting what she wants, so both of them are winners.
You on the other hand are seeing it from your own perspective, where having less sex with your partner, would make you the loser. The problem with that, is that Tony doesn't see it that way.
In most of those incidences that you mention above, Anne does eventually tell Tony about them unsolicited, when they're in bed together. In some cases, it's weeks after the fact. But she does tell him about them. And when she does, he never demands to know why she never told him about it immediately. And that demonstrates, that as far as he's concerned, she has a free pass to do what she wants, and decide whether she tells him about it or not. When they're on holiday in Barbados, that all changes though. Because both of them now, have to tell each other what they get up to apart. And if they break that pact then they will be cheating, and I assume it would lead to serious consequences

If there was an option not to tell Ania about a betrayal that you say is a bad ending, then this honest conversation during the holidays would not make sense. When Anna cheats on Tony with Wolker, she's not very happy about it. And if Tony is cheating on Anna, I don't remember him being happy about it? It seems that this honest conversation during the summer vacation leads to cleansing and relationship. It serves to clean up the in-game routes so that it doesn't get so tangled up.

It's just that she never told him about the guys I mentioned, never talked late or earlier or in bed, only on vacation she generally said that she was cheating on him. I don't remember telling him these guys, that's your interpretation.
They're married so how can it not be her bed as well? I've never heard of a wife being described as just a 'guest' before. This is another example of someone mistaking their own opinion for what constitutes faithfulness, with the opinion of the MC himself. If you can point out exactly where in the game, Tony suggests that Anne is repeatedly cheating on him, then I would agree with you? But he never does, because as far as he's concerned she isn't.
Tony is the main character, so what he thinks is the only thing that really matters in this game. And you trying to make him fit in with your own personal beliefs, is doing him a disservice

One thing is to plan on getting someone they both agree on back with them
