i think it's more about the kind of sex scenes. maybe deliverance has below average sex scenes (which i don't believe so), but it definitely has very few sharing scenes, in reference to this game where sharing is the focus.
there are simply games out there that have a heavier focus on sharing, like it is about a couple finding new exciting things to do in their relationship. but there are also games out there that have a different focus, however also have a sub route with the option to be sharing.
so of course if you're wanting a game like TAC and want it to have better communication between the main cast, then has deliverance not a lot of sex scenes.

Well, of course most games are going to have fewer sex scenes (of any kind) than this one, because after a certain point this is essentially wall-to-wall sex strung together by the flimsiest microfiber of a narrative. Gonzo porn has better developed story logic.
My memory might be failing me, but I think that the vast majority of Deliverance's scenes between the MC and his wife have a sharing/swinging/open relationship alternative. Maybe not the first one or two, but regularly after that. If you pursue one of the other women, however. or decide to embrace evil, there's not much (or any? unless you mean with other members of your potential harem) sharing.
