I'm going to call it here, and I'll maybe just check an update now and then to see if there's anything interesting in the gallery. There are so many coding issues now that it's just not fun - well, that and the story has mostly gone tits up.

Most of my MartinAir saves are giving me the scenes from business class (I think it might be because Anne isn't fucking Martin on those saves, or isn't fucking him anymore, at least). The coding doesn't seem to recognise it. Chloe's lunch was completely forgotten about, I only saw a comment on one of my paths that said the equivalent of "Shit, forgot, will have to make it up to her." There's still no Kelsey party if you go alone, so you have to either play on and forget about it (like I imagine the dev might do) or stop there and wait for however long it will take to allow you to play chronologically.

What was the point in Rob (friend Rob, not Uncle Robert)? He tried to get you to have a threesome on your wedding night, calls you up out of the blue and says he's in town, so you send him to surprise your wife at your apartment and don't expect that to lead to anything? How can he possibly be surprised at that ending up in sex? And Rob is so cool that he keeps his sunglesses on to fuck? But then he's gone again, so if you don't send him to surprise Anne, he doesn't even make an appearance, just a text message...

So I was just briefly discussing this with a friend and established with all the choices in this game there are at least 400 ways to play this game. Obviously that's not 400 different paths, just various paths with different flair... but my god that's a lot of fucking things to track. No wonder its a fucking mess now.

Its also clear that some of the paths are not designed to work with each other. Im looking at you MartinAir!

But when I redid my saves. The problems seem to be more on the path where both couples cheat.

Im done I think. Im no longer getting any enjoyment from this.

I agree with you Tony, you I mean not the MC. The story has gone off the rails even more so than the original IMO. This remake was supposed to improve the game but instead has become ridiculous.
The "separate path" should have ended a while ago or should never have been a thing to begin with, it's a waste of time.
I always thought that this game was about their adventures as a couple, but instead it has become the Anne fuck simulator while playing as Tony it's at the office "1 hour later""4 hours later" or "lets check in with Anne"

The problem in this game has always been the choice and the amount you can make while not locking out other paths when you make that choice. People don't quite understand how high a number gets just by multiplying the result by 2 over and over.

But at the base of it you have 6 main paths

Faithfull
Anne Cheats (players choice)
Anne Cheats (games choice)
Tony Cheats
Both Cheat (players choice)
Both cheat (games choice)

6 paths is easy to follow, but wait,

lets multiply that by 3 when we add the Cuck or not, Swing or Not, Swing and Cuck choices

up to 24 now.

next comes the Martin Air or 75k choice and we are at 48 different ways to play.

Cuckquean is next and that 48 doubles to 96

next choice is separation, which only comes on the cheating path, so not quite doubling, more increasing by 2/3s which is 64.... bringing us up to 160 different ways now. after separation comes reconciliation or not (which again is not quite doubling only 64 paths can chose to divorce or separate so we are now up to 224!

Finally you have 4 different piercing options so we are at now at a count of 896 different variations to play this game.

I mean this is just rough numbers and not really an exact science and I haven't even taken into account the choices you get when it comes to LI's

essentially its only a handful of choices and doesn't seem like that much to track, but its a lot of results that may not work well together.

Its no wonder its gets messy
