That would be my first time even doing a mod of a game... or even programming in Renpy..... I'm gonna have to think about this one. We do however have a great modding community here and I'm sure they would love to tackle this challenge :)

I'm just an electrician, not a coder/programmer per se. I'm just really good at logic thinking in codes :p

But I've already downloaded another game that had a user making a gallery mod just to see how it's done.... I'm not gonna promise anything since this is a complicated game and all taht.... but I do admit that I am curious

Thanks for being curious:) Maybe look for some inspiration at the mod that exists already but which is not free (see link in the post above). As far as I know, that one has a free demo version with only 3 scenes in the gallery, but for the full mode one must pay (don't inspire yourself on that part please :))..

I've downloaded the mod already in the OP and it is the full Gallery mod. From what I gather is that the maker puts his mod behind patreon for a week before it goes public. Makes sense considering the amount of work that has clearly gone into his work. His mod is wayyyy better than any kind of gallery mod I could create anyway.

But I am still considering at creating a somekind of walkthrough/cheat mod thing, but I am going to create that first for a smaller game while trying out my coding, figuring out how it actually works and stuff like that. So I will not be able to create such a mod for this game anytime soon unfortunately

.... but I will update the walktrhough though.

OK I downloaded it also from Patreon and it seems indeed to be the full mod, just a little later than if you pay for it.. that's OK! I was under the impression that only the demo is free..
If you make a WT/cheat mod, that may be even more interesting, mostly if you somehow allow to play all sex scenes independent of the choices made before, as well as solve the nonsense choice Dre OR Eric.. And also that martincheat true or false problem. Maybe you can even fix the "old saves don't load in new version problem".. I think however that you should play the game not only read the code, to see what's really needed. Good luck and I'm sure you will enjoy this experience :)

I've started writing a mod that will show you more scenes in a single playthrough, at least more scenes for Anne (you still have to make the right choices though).

Would that be what you are thinking of?

A small update. Creating a walkthrough mod is really time consuming so I'm not going to be doing that anytime soon. To create one would mean for me to change every part of the code..... in all chapters..... checking every line.... so about 1 month of work or so.

However I found out how to do a simple enough cheat mod (coming soon... hopefully) so you could be able to just fix your save depending on that.

It should be just like on PC. If a mod tells you to replace some files, it also applies to mac. And if a mod tells you to put it in a seperate folder, the way Renpy works is that it should find those folders correctly and "play" any files in those folders as well.

But then again, I am a PC user so there could be another trick that I don't know about.

So... I did manage to make and publish a cheating mod for this game, found here

Over 240 people have checked out the thread by now and noone has said anything, so I'm assuming it works even though the 1st release was not that clean or user friendly. So version 0.0.2 of the mod is now avalible which fixes most of those issues.

For those interested you can change the Relationship points as well as change weather you or Anne are in a relationship with other characters.

Except for Layla... for some reason (probably because her code flag is in upper case while the rest are in lower case) I cannot get her to work properly. But I am trying to fix it and find out a workaround.

Please let me know if it works and/or if it needs improvements (for example if I forgot someone).

I was going to write a long speech about why I shouldn't because I wanted it to be perfect... but then I realized that more eyes on it = more chances of bugs being found.... so I took your advise and did :)
