I'd have to agree with Leongen43's answer. Different people have different opinions on when it started. It depends on one's perceptions I suppose. Most agree things were off the rails by ch14.

It definitely went off track before that. I have not even been able to make it that far in the game (ch 14). Again, I'm here for the sharing/swinging not the cheating/cucking. Right now I stopped at the resort. Where again she cheated and didn't tell you about it. Even though her faithful stat said she was faithful. I also didn't like being forced onto the yacht trip. Plus her saying she felt 'love' while fucking another guy? BS. And all through this playthrough I have not had the MC get together with anyone other then Anne.

you can play tons od swinging/sharing games with a couple that make the background rules you are talking about.

in TAC or TACOS the background rules... is only ONE MAIN RULE : they are made only by the MC and almost all the men Anne fucks with, are decided by the MC (except for rare cases that make sense in certain plot paths example she may react unexpectedly if she disagrees with her husband.)
Everything that happens to Anne, happens because of the protagonist's choices

There are only a few points where the choices are made by Anne only and it is obvious bc otherwise if she should be able to make choices for herself only, the game would become a multiple protagonist game.
This is male protagonist game.. this is the main background rule in this story... I think is not so easy to do that... in fact in the old release there are scenes where Anne has choices... and maybe she will have choices also in tacos when the unfaitfull stats will be avaliable also fot her

That the couple has not set rules before entering this type of world always seemed stupid to me because not doing so causes a lot of conflicts in the couple that can be avoided, but I suppose that is the way in which Mircom3D wanted to make it clear that they are a novice couple who will make many mistakes during the story and then it depends on us if these mistakes will be overcome or will cause them to separate, I am going to have my suitcases and plane tickets prepared so that the mc can escape with Nicole or kelsie tao maybe with both who knows

Your post got me curious to skim through the resort trip to see how many times she even cheats on that trip. I only found it happens once unless you piss her off and she spends that day with Walker. Maybe im too forgiving but I can understand and get past a slip up here and there with their lifestyle even twice during the course of the vacation as long as it isn't something that happens all the time. Which so far it doesn't since most of her instances of cheating if on her faithful path you can decide to let happen or not expect for a few times. but yeah the part she said " she felt 'love' while fucking another guy " that is something to worry about if it doesn't change when the rework catches up.

I agree with you tho I personally like the aspects where you make the decision as Anne in chapter 1-14 hope that doesn't change in the rework. Since some of those choices you can avoid her cheating since she never tells the MC about said encounter. I thought that a really nice touch to give some choice to Anne. While it doesn't happen enough to say it's a multiple protagonist game it's nice to give the player freedom if she cheats / plays depending if she tells the MC about it would be nice to get the option for the player to pick if Anne tells the MC about said encounters as well.

Eventually, someone's going to point you to the savegame location for TAC, in which it's called The Cuckold. That's the game it was always intended to be. It was perhaps marketed incorrectly, except that I don't think it was; I think the gameplay made the core fetish clear from the jump. It just got lost in a jumble of ancillary fetishes.

She talks with him a lot and this scene in CH14 is very important because here Anne seems to be much more responsible than he is
