First time I noticed it was at the massage parlor. You have to save on the black screen that comes up at the end of season 1. I believe you get text at the bottom saying to save here

Wrong... it is not "your last save"..it is the last scene..... Anne goes to sleep
there will be a dissolving effect in the picture and then you have to wait for this to appear
this is the very last screen on the S1
you have to save at the very end of the S1 when this screen shows up

Also, save that season 1 directory so that you can go back and play with Naomi and others in season 1 until they reappear in season 2.
