There may be errors like this, the problem is not with the developer, there may be an error in the system, so I think it is an error that is not taken seriously.

I also chose, a nipple piercing. When she went to bed the same night it was already gone, never saw a piercing again.

Finally the issue in the OP that was causing confusion with Tacos Season1 and old TAC CH14/15 has been solved after my report to moderators...
the spoiler of TAC old version CH14/15 is no more inside season 1 spoiler

just to clarify I only claimed to write in the first person because in the game I am the MC.

I identify myself as Tony because I experienced a very similar story in reality.

Don't have the game to hand but from memory her name is hard-coded. Changing it (unless the dev decides to support it) would require a full script rewrite with an update for every new version.

i noticed recently that URM was not working for season 1 so i had to remove it. however it is working with season 2 so you can change Anne's name with it.

Right, you can change her display name when the game shows what she says or thinks with URM, but you have to edit the script manually when someone else is mentioning her in a text.
