I think it weakens the story that you can't stop Ann sleeping with other men. I realize it would make for a boring game, but I think it is stronger if you have the option to deny her. At the moment, you can stop her initial encounters but at some point you just agree without player choice. Not only does this remove agency but it is quite poorly done because the dialogue assumes she has slept with other men before.

I wouldn't say deny but at least that they can have an open relationship and she doesn't get pissed off or put faces everytime hubby sleeps with other women. Something like: "Ok, you sleep with as many guys you want but I'll do the same with girls. Feel free to call me when you want me to watch and I'll do the same by inviting myself when I want to do it, if you are ok with that."
