I agree to some extent yes, but a soap opera has story, characters grow, evolve and there are consequences that are far reaching, relationships change and much more. There is driving force behind it, which compels people to watch it.
What makes you think this story couldn't be as you said?
Who said that a story contained in a game must have characters who never age as time passes?
It's certain that in about two months of story time, you can't see me and my wife Anne aging physically... A human face ages, but to notice major changes in someone who is 28 years old, at least five or maybe even ten years must pass... Unless one of us dies... in which case this is a typical sad and dramatic ending.
It's true that in soap operas there are serious consequences... but NOT IN JUST 2/3 MONTHS... And the story is based on the marriage between me and Anne... I would like to point out that only two months have passed since my wife and I mutually agreed to start a more open relationship in order to increase our desire for sex, which after 10 years of faithful relationship was disappearing... But be careful, the love and desire to continue living together was not over...
At the beginning of the story, it is clearly stated that Anne and I are about 28 years old and have been together since college days.
Even in soap operas, the main couple has ups and downs and then separates... but after a season, they can get back together... separations are not definitive in the real life, unless one of us dies... in which case this would be a typical sad and dramatic ending.
And I guarantee that if Mircom3D decides to turn his game into a long story, we will see Anne and me grow old and maybe have lots of children.
The evolution of each of our lives, male female annd everyone, is different... My life is different from yours—everyone reacts differently to the consequences of their actions... and as MC, I think it's clear that I've shown you all, that I have a very open mind about sex inside the couple ... so how I react to the consequences I'll face in my life won't be the same as yours—there's no one way a man should react to difficulties... that, in this case, I myself created and wanted.
So the first person I should blame is myself!!! And a real man must accept the consequences he has created... I will decide to stay with Anne, and I am sure that even if there is a separation, it will last less than a season, and I am sure that Anne will also realize that the freedom I give her will make her understand that I am the only one with whom she can build a real family. everyone else would treat her like a slut or ask her to stay at home, depriving her of the freedom that is part of her natural personality.
Anne life will be ruined if she leaves me.
I am a man, and I think everyone knows that being a divorced man is very different from being a divorced woman llike Anne, who is now very popular among the men in her and my circle
(I know all the men she is fucking bc i was the one who suggested them to her) Her reputation is that she is my wife, and everyone knows that she is an insatiable man-eater who just wants to get fucked by different men every day. What kind of man do you think would want to marry my Anne? Who do you think would marry my wife, who has been a well-used woman and than rejected and unwanted by me (her well-know husband)?
I say this because something very similar it happened to me in real life...
my wife was very popular when we were young and had a reputation similar to Anne's, certainly through my own volition, but she also liked sex parties... Now we live together and love each other very much and continue to have fun even though my hair has turned gray with age.
Cheers
