did you save at the end of season 2 when it request to save on the black screen ?I've got 7 saves for all options from season 2 but I can't use them in season 3..all saves must be compatable with new version.. only option for me to use others' saves to move on

no I always save one frame before the black screen cause sometimes black screen causes problems with new version, but I will try it, thanks

Gave it another try after a lot of time: basically no cheating route, and the little that was there has been eliminated (Ryan) or rendered useless (his father). Can't get more boring than this, good job developer.

I played it. I will be interested how everyone feels about the new animations. Its probably the most I've seen in any update. My problem is with all the different paths. I'm not sure how long the new update is. I played all the paths I saved and didn't see anything different but maybe others will

I usually wait for b part to be completed... but i'm not sure, maybe this time, I think I'll wait until at least two weeks of the story have been completed.
Tried playing Season 3 several times. Keeps telling me to load a save from Season 1. When I try, it gives me an error/exception. So right now I'm unable to play it.
This, right there, is the most ridiculous broken update system I have seen for a while.
So, players get all the way through a year and a half of a whole season (2), making choices to set up their paths exactly the way they want, and then bam, dev decides fuck that, go back to S1, and wipe all that shit out.
I mean, thanks go to the dude who provided a S3 save above, but your choices were obvioulsy different to mine in S1 or 2 I guess.
I totally got rid of "daddy", but now it seems dev has decided that he stays in S3, no matter what.
At the end of S2, I thought I was moving in with an exhibitionist slut for a wife, who was ok withy me doing whatever I wanted, and "daddy" was a dead dinger....
Now, I'm a cuck with some nervous-about-being-seen-in-the-dark person I don't recognise. No matter what....
Unless I use a save from nearly two years ago? How is that "progress"?

I m try to replay the game from the beginning because I got error msg when I try to import my S1 in S3.Strange he ask u to load the save S1 instead of S2.

The ONLY logical reason I can think of all this broken save system being the way it is, is that the game is on Steam, and those saves use a different code.

That sounds like a typo. A save from the end of S2 (made at the end-of-version save prompt) should be kosher.
Tried that, no go for me.
Will have to reload S2, run it from the save I have, and maybe try using a different point, but currently I can't get it to work.

You need a save from the last version of Season 2. Right when the white background is shown at the end.
It also took me a while to figure out, because I had missed the final version of S2 was released after the last time I had played S2, and the savegames from the minor version before that didn't work in S3.
