Ok, if you only play one playthrough it is normal you will miss alot of content, especially in a game with many different routes like this game (cheating: y/n, cuckold: y/n, swinging: y/n - or how much love points (low, medium, high in this update) your relationship has with Anne). If you want to limit yourself it is your choice, but not the games fault. For example not doing the activity (large part on saturday) and not being on the swinging (I assume the new friend from Anne you meet on sunday) path could lead to a shorter experience. Friday depends alot on your choice what do do and what "side chicks" the MC had/has available in your playthrough.
If we are talking about the full new release of chapter 12 and look at the timeframe of the complete chapter 11, 4-6 month could be true, thats correct, but you did wrote about the next half of the new chapter. Obviously I enjoy the game and want the new updates asap, but with 200+ patreons I doubt the dev earns enough to pay his bills only spending time on this game.
