I completed Part 1 and figure I'd share my thoughts (not a formal review):
I like the game overall. Anne is super hot and the whole sharing/ open relationship thing is up my alley.
That said there are some bizarre choices (to me) by the dev. MC will do nothing for days and suddenly have to choose between two things that will lock you out of some content. For some reason asking about Anne's feelings after threesome with Real Estate guy makes you a cuck. You pretty much have to cheat if you're interested in MC being with other women. What the hell happened to the swinging couple? Maybe they show up in part 2 but what was the point of that bait and switch?

The labels (cuck/cuckquean) can be a bit weird in the way they are used/not used. I think there, it's supposed to suggest a bit of humiliation - your wife talking about how she enjoyed someone else's cock (while she's playing with yours).
The being with other women bit is definitely a weird one. You have to cheat (with Mia) to open up the "cuckquean path", and there's no single point where you discuss being able to go with other women until you've already done it at least once. On the boat on holiday, there's a group scene, but there's no indication from Anne about whether she is happy for you to do anything or not, so you either join in and hope it's okay, or you don't and miss out. It's never mentioned after that as well.
Any other time you let her know you've been with another woman, she sort of brushes it off, either not believing (e.g., diner girls) or not seeming bothered at all (e.g., the twins). It's one thing I think should have been touched on early on, it only needs a few lines of dialogue, but it's way into the game that it first does come up.
The swinging couple is part two. There's something mentioned about it taking a while to meet up with them, and I like it because it makes it seem realistic, but in game terms, it just makes it seem like the dev forgot about them and suddenly had a reminder

I don't hide the fact that I feel this game is very poorly written - early on it seemed the Dev was focused on Anne and a certain route.
To be fair it did kinda course correct in Part 2, but depending on your path there is still some questionable writing (I'm looking at you separation path)
It is what it is though, and if you go in knowing it's Anne's story rather than the couple as a whole it's a passable experience

The only solace (for me) is that it looks like this might finally start to open the cuckquean route properly.

Mircom just posted on patreon that the release will be delayed by a few days. I think the problem is the path were Tony and Annie separate is still going on. Unlike other paths were you just have to change the dialogue or skip a render in the separation path it has to be all new renders and all new dialogue

All the photos and videos of the women's faces and the area above their breasts looked like they had been slapped a lot, everything was discolored...
this version was absolute garbage to look at.

Personally, I would say it's overdone in frequency, as it happens with pretty much every woman in the game, and a lot of the time they seem too flushed, but it is a natural thing and nothing to do with slapping, or with discolouration of the images.
that redness on the women has been an issue since the original version of the game..so nothing new.

It's happened before and it hasn't been fixed yet. In fact, this game started out with a good rendering style, then they decided to revamp everything again and now they've completely ruined it... this has already given what it had to give, it's been here for years and it never ends.
