I am starting to feel like the MC and Anne are becoming more roommates that once in a while fuck, but mostly go out and fuck everyone else they can get their hands on. I am getting that vibe more from Anne than the MC, but even the MC is becoming more fixated on screwing other women rather than having sex with her or watching her have sex with others.

But I feel like those instances are more - I'm fine if you watch, I'm fine if you don't watch, I'm fucking every guy I feel like fucking either way.
I just feel like the whole point of the MC wanting to do this whole Adventurous Couple email thing was to spice up their sex life. While it has certainly spiced up their sex life with other people, I feel like the MC has put his marriage on thin ice. That he could easily come home from work one day and Anne could have all her stuff packed and say she has fallen in love with any one of the countless guys she has sex with on a daily basis.
This is always something that is a risk in a swinger or open relationship. But again - generally in those types of relationships the couple have a very strong emotional bond, they have the most passion for their partner. I am just not picking up that vibe from Anne anymore.

Perhaps this vibe I am picking up is due to the choices I have been making. But I have played through numerous times, making different choices and I get the same vibe no matter what. In fact the relationship only gets weaker if I make certain choices.

you are right. there are many contradictions in story if you read carefully. like mircom is too busy pilling sex scenes that he forgot what he wrote before.
for example cheating path no matter what both mc do, consequences are the same. even when she is caught and lying there is no reaction from mc... "sweetie kiss-kiss, let's fuck pizza guy". he as comp geek is not wiring her, pursuit for truth. mircom even abandoned option that you make some decision in her name. i even in one option went down on relationship at -1, with both cheating, anne lying. and yet, whenever problem happens, when you expect it is turning point, there is no fight, arguing between them. just let's go to bed... kiss... love you too..
i do believe that breakup is possible (at least in one route), but i think it doesn't have to be the end of game even for that route. maybe new perspective. you just need fresh blood in story and proofreading. otherway this is becoming compilation of virtual porn clips

Yes and no. This game is all over the place. Sometimes you get to make the decisions as the wife. Sometimes you get to suggest as the husband and an increasingly amount of times, it is decided by the developer and then the wife tells the husband about it later (sometimes, depending on your relationship). There is also a lot of "husband gets the choice to fuck pretty much every girl you meet in the game" as well.
