Improve animations??? The lighting flicks from dark to light on separate frames. I'm not sure the dev even checks his work before publishing it any more. How people can pay for this garbage I'll never know.

download both files, install and run the app, the rest happens automatically.
however, you still can copy the assets pack manually to the folder /RenPy/org.tacos.s3.the66/game on Android 11 and newer or to the folder /Android/data/org.tacos.s3.the66/files/game.

since the developer had not implemented a check for the validity of the save files, i had to do one myself, which means that only the "end" save files from my Season 2 port and the save files from my Season 3 port could be used.
at the very first start of the app you get the chance to import valid Season 2 save files. do or do not, there is no try. this is the only opportunity, later you have to do this manually.

from now on my Android ports of Ren'Py games have a 2nd, persistent save location like Windows. if you uninstall the app, the save files and persistent data remain intact.
therefore it needs the permission to access the public external storage (or a new one on Android 11+), because it has to read and write outside its own external storage directories.
you have to grant the permission or the app is shut down.

Soooo I played this in like 2019 or 2020. Could someone tell me what is the current state of this game, and how is it still running? Slow and small updates? I read quite a lot of hate on that game recently

More updates, the animation quality has improved significantly, and the story was mostly redoing the older version until recently so its now at a fresh new place as far as the plot goes. Chapter 3 has slowed down things in order to keep it from being too predictable but still has plenty of new scenes that keep things interesting.

Okay, obviously we can just get off if you don't like it or no longer enjoy it. However, it is true that the question 'what's the point of the game right now' does ring true. Since there are barely any consequences and reactions, or even an awareness of the cheating (even Martin is barely an issue and becomes just one more dick or access point for more dicks in most paths)... it's just repeating the same stuff. Even the travels to another country feel the same now. There is no longer a sense of progression; just characters being introduced and everything is being done to delay interaction with them for as long as possible. For the first time (outside of replay when saves didn't work or werent available) I've started skipping dialogues

Might as well honestly just start a new story and a new game with another couple.

For me, this is an example of the strangest and most schizophrenic game, one that's like a circle looping back on itself—a bunch of versions, all the same thing, just slightly different, and so on ad infinitum. the light was flickering because there was lightning outside the window(thats what it looked like to me when they showed the angle facing the window)

i know the updates are pretty much montly now. and yes i like the ai Anne scenes we are getting. but the game otherwise is fucking boring. Tony is getting nothing from Anne and even she isn't getting much action. at least on my swinging path. i always check when the gallery mod comes out to see if there is much else going on. but yeah i wouldn't care anymore if the dev shut this boring shit down.

The way this game is i think that Mc should have pimped Anne out and made a ton of money or at least an option too
as she is more interested in fucking everyone else more (yes Mc's fetish) and have no doubt that she wants to do the new neighbour's as well
and what happened to Mc's ex she came back into the picture and then gone not to be seen again
