Overview:

Oh...sure , im maybe not be able to give you support on money but i would leave you a feedback and i hope it could help you, also i would love to see more of your work in upcoming updates, so here i go with my comments/feedback

Make it Online, look for a site, like moponga for example to host and make your game always aviable since as it keep going in upcoming updates many would like to play it in any place ,and maybe on mobile, so it could be a good way to deal with it.

Images: it be good to include a few more, to not have just a bunch of plain text, also control the size of them and no need to they be big, for example room and else, if they dont have any action on it could be smaller, also when you interact with a character maybe it be good have the pick on a side and not only, like i said before bunch of plain text (some people could say its boring) since a game need to be visual

Text: the color of the side bar of stats and else could have a color for each stat, make it more easy to focus on it on sometime in a future have more things to look and improve, also "actions" in game could be wrote in capital letter, for example "Shake his hand" could look good in "SHAKE HIS HAND" that make the player pay more atention when an action its made.

Hints: make more "easy"/clear know the minimun stats for reach progress with a character, also what do you need to go further, find them and else...and the option to re-do some previous scenes

Also a gameplay thing that i found, and maybe you could fix/take a look is this, when its night and you go to any place to gain stats, after do the event, for example work out at gym ,or listen on seminar, the game send you to sleep but you dont earn the point in that stat, and it looks like a wasted if in a future are events at night time since looks like the game just doesnt concider it.

Beside that maybe you could make a better menu, for example just in text the places looks kinda ... meh, you could maybe put a table and see "office(with pic)" "tenants(with pic") you undertand what i say? ... its likea visual improvement.

Maybe, in a future, you could change some of the pics for gif, since more people enjoy it over a normal image.

I hope i wasnt be too harsh on you, it just my point of view and some ideas to upcoming updates.

Good luck and i would love to keep playing your game as it keeps growing.

PS: i apologize if its kinda hard to read me, im not an english speaker, my main its spanish but i do my best to make it at least a way to understand what im saying

Pretty much agree with all of these but I'd like to correct a few.

Make it online, but keep an offline version as well. Some people don't want to connect to random websites like that and online exclusive games are not allowed on f95 so...

I don't quite agree with this. Readability is important and the way that sugarcube uses link types to convey actions with blue colors is good enough imo as well as standard in most of these types of games.

No gifs. Videos. Nothing annoys more than having sex gifs or actions like that and not being able to pause them, go further, go back, etc. Also helps with quality of images. Gifs are okay for actions that are short (1 to 5s long)

Everything else I agree :)

I really like the idea of some pervert owning a building and having endless potential for devious schemes with the residents. My expectations are high so I will watch this for few updates to see where it goes, good luck! :)

Hello.

The samples and summary made me come. And the result is good though too short.

The worldbuilding is limited but enough for what we have to do.
The characters are few and different.
The plot is simple and easy to understand.
The photos are well chosen.

The introduction is giving all the necessary explainations about context and gameplay. The progression is fine, whether relationships or stats. The characters are all nice.
I've only tried the good routes since I don't like hurting others.

The arrangement of the links could be better (or my tastes are just different, sorry).
The name "library" is strange : you can read to learn which is logical but it's a place known for its silence so hosting classes seems unlikely (the only teaching I could see taking place there would be related to literature). So you should separate the locations for earning those 2 stats or create a university/college with a library, a class for handywork and a room with bleachers/benchs for seminars available for all.

A default name for the city would be welcomed because "The beautiful city of What is the City Name?." is too strange. The same for MC ("I'm sorry for rushing you out of here, First Name." o_O).

There are different names for the city and character, but you're given the option in the first few passages to set a name. If you don't set the name, then the game defaults to the text that was in the prompt which is where you get the "What is the City Name?"

For the other two points you brought up, none of the dates check for a specific day of the week. In the first case, you need to boost your charisma (hence the second part of the hint). For the second case
