It exists as an option in the game, but I haven't fully incorporated it into any adult content yet. It will come back in future versions once it is realized. Don't want to false advertise.Oh no "futa protag" went away?

Currently has female to futa. The future will at least include male to female and female to male. Probably human to monster as well. Haven't given too much thought beyond that yet...

Gonna be honest here, "hermaphrodite" is the worst possible way to describe what I think you are trying to describe. Maybe consider a different term that isn't as loaded?
Besides that, the writing is servicable and interesting, paints a vivid picture in one's mind I'd say. I'll be keeping an eye on this for sure!

I see. I can fix this. Technically, this should be a subcategory instead of a third option. I intend player to be able to choose genitalia that doesn't match their body (masculine/feminine) or choose both genitalia. In which case, hermaphrodite is technically accurate even if loaded. What are some synonyms for hermaphrodite? I can only find terms relating to insects or plant.

I really don't see the big deal with Hermaphrodite.
Unless they're thinking it means transexual or something its just a description of the person.
In anime there's Futanari if you'd like to go that route.
Don't be scared to use Hermaphrodite, people attribute hate where there is none.

Reminds me of the big shit fit that happened on Reddit a few years ago in the anime community.
A word we had used for years to describe male-gendered and male-identified persons that look like females. Traps
If you had been on the subreddit for any length of time you would have seen a culture of weebs that deified Traps, they loved everything about them. Hate was not something equated to the word until one day when a bigger board started harassing the community about it.
Mods crackdown against trap lovers and now there are two subreddits for anime memes. One with the OG Trap lovers, and one where Trap has become the hateful word it wasn't supposed to be.
Point is, people will attribute to a word their personal biases. Don't let that affect your work if you have a vision to complete.

I realized that intersex is an appropriate synonym, but I am going to replace hermaphrodite with "Other" and allow the player to customize from that point if they don't want to choose male or female.

No images! I don't have time to search for art that I can use legally. Plus, imagination is the most powerful graphics card!
However, another developer is free to take my work at any point and fork it to add images. Code is open source.

"Other" is actually a more useful category for me anyway because players can now mix and match a few variables, so a scientific description won't be sufficient anyways. I patched the character creation system so that the Player can actually customize genitalia and appearance now instead of simply choosing Herm.

As somebody curious where this game is going and who hates most porn terms for gender/sex variations, "other" works for me. Getting to choose from multiple options sounds great.
