So unless you want to sub and leak the latest update yourself, all you'll get are public releases.

very strange it says there are more scenes in the change log but i only help lyra rescue the beast men then the update ends and i get a thanks for playing?

Fantasy yes (it's also in the current game tags), harem most likely (not fully established yet but it seems heavily indicated).
Yeah, if you load a save from the end of the previous update you won't be able to access the rest of the new content.
Yep, I've just noticed it as well that there are plenty new variables, especially the gallery unlocks, added to old scenes by v0.14.
Definitely restart again although the first post here still only mentions v0.12!
While doing so, I also recommend to stick to libertine decisions as only these offer ero scenes unlike the prude chivalrous choices so far.
Two exceptions, especially if you want rather Neela's romance route then pick following:
Joy: "No, I'm not really interested. Besides, it's akward, with Neela being around." (neela_affection+1. 5 aff is required afterwards for the kiss scene, her TJ scene, and her 69er scene near end of day 3 what latter also requires buying her any dress what is only possible if she doesn't fight or dance)
Angelya: "Try to help her." (later you tell Joy "pay me back in a different way" for her scene. Neela has already enough affection here)
You need libertine 13 to experience certain (extra) scenes so far, so don't be afraid to ignore one or two affection points, for example when first meeting Alycia.
During the bath talk with Aleta spying on her, I ignored the libertine choice though after telling the truth here to rather gain affection, as you can only gain 2 affection points so far with her. At this point, there is no further libertine check anymore until end of day 3 where you can still gather 15 lib-points.
Currently, only Neela (5), Lyra (2), and Tarja (1) have affection checks.
No idea what's in the pipe for chivalrous choices, but as our protagonist is clearly a scoundrel, the libertine choices feel thoroughly right most of the time and deliver what we want to see in such games.
Btw, these gallery unlocks aren't saved as persistent data, so you only unlock whatever you choose during the session.
PS: there weren't a lot new scenes to see. If you have flirted with Mari during the bath scene, you have sex with her at the evening of day 3 with 60% chance to get her pregnant if someone is into that. It's sad that you have to choose between Jayne and Mari. Jayne may cost 1 silver per ero scene but she has a lot of group fun and assisting corruption potential for the future including with Asiya. Making money is no biggie by betting in the House of Joy.

Maybe we need walktrough mod for better result. Hints only help to gain a point.

Too bad there's no option to kill Lyra but whatever, the game is funny and well written i had a lot of fun, on a side note: it's just me or the mc resemble Simon Le Bon?

You did something wrong and didn't acquire the right points. I help Lyra rescue the beast man, and the girl pickpocket, and Lyra gives a BJ back in the cellar. Then it ends.
Just like in life, if you are a jerk to the girls, they do nothing for you. Be nice and acquire affection points. .14 is the first time I have looked at this, and I thought it was nicely done. The plates were nicely put together, and the dialog was good. It could do with some animation, but overall, I give it a 7of10. Keep going!
