Sorry, I mean I had no problem running it as in "playing the update". I played the whole thing earlier.the problem is not running the game .. its whats in the update
There's a scene in the car - flashing tits and then sucking a lollipop after it's been rubbed on MC's cock - and then an extended scene with Piper, Sarah, and Lisa at the lake - blowjobs and fucking, with some brief Piper anal (some people might call it a couple of scenes, some might call it one single scene, it depends how you break it up); a quick scene with Piper - peeing in her mouth while talking to her mother; and a scene with Clarice - licking and fucking. None of them showed up in my gallery though.

I have nothing new in my gallery, are people saying there are no new scenes because they're just looking there, or because they're trying to play the game and it doesn't go beyond their last save?

My understanding is that it's a patch that manually edits the text on an update-by-update basis, rather than a one-and-done search-and-replace type thing. I used the ipatch previously, but didn't even think of it when I played the update, because I was just checking when people were saying there were no new scenes. I seem to remember previously Sarah and Lisa would refer to each other as cousins, but here it is "friend", but that's the only place it would come up, and it's only a couple of times in this update.
