If you have applied the JokerLeader Mod from the 2.5 to the 2.6, you will not see the new update.
And If you want to start from 0, you will have problem with some modifications made by BackHole in older chapters.
Use my fix to solve the problem and overwrite the files in [game folder] (Older files from the mod have backup named .bak)

Wow! The compressed version is 7% of the original game. From what I've seen in the past, this is a record. The thing is I don't know if it's a good thing or a bad thing

I was reading about some redesign drama couple of months ago. What has happened? Characters look the same.

This is for the steam version, that don't allow characters that are or seem underage. The patreon version (this one) is with the normal characters.

The redhead in the third picture in the OP is the MC's niece (his brother's daughter) and woman in the fourth picture is the MC's sister. I honestly can't remember what they are in the unpatched version; I think the MC and his siblings are just... childhood friends or something? Also makes the family that the MC works for an actual family.
As for if it's intended... heck if I know. It's not like some other patches where it basically just turns on a variable that shows different dialogue that's already in the script; it's a whole replacement of all the script files. I think it makes more sense with incest, and it would be a lot of work if it were just a fan patch, but beyond that I guess you'd just have to ask Parmenides where they get the patch from.
