It doesn't seem to work 100% on any version (at least not with the WT mod as well)I don't think the Ipatch fully works on any version right now.

That's the one I'm using and for they weren't related until towards the end, like it wasn't changed in the beginning.
The way the game files are structured, each update adds new files for the new day, ie dia12,rpy, dia12_02.rpy etc. They are in Spanish and the English versions are in the TL folder. So the old patch will replace the old files and eventually you will get to the new events and days and they will no longer be related. The place the old patch would break down is if the dev has fixed any bugs or grammar or spelling issues in the older files, the English files might not resolve correctly.
It's easy enough to go into the files in the TL folder and make the changes in the new files, which I have done, but to be complete and worthy of an actual release here would include backporting the changes into the original Spanish. I am not good enough with Spanish to do the work to make it make sense in the original language.

Mine is the other way around, they don't show as related until the later stages.

It was updated a while ago (July 24th, 3_2 = S3 Ep.2), it is only for the "Patreon" version. There is nothing for the "Steam" version.
Hmm... that would lead to the patch files being out of date for changes that might have happened early on. Are you playing in English or Spanish? I recall the patch to be a little hit or miss in English. I haven't started over from the beginning ever so I can only guess what went wrong.
Maybe that should be something to look into now.

It's not a big problem, I replayed with the latest update and now up I'm up to speed going forward.
Hi, this is the third time I've reinstalled the entire game and the mods offered (on PC) and each time along the way the AVN changes language. It's impossible to change since there is no language option in the "preferences" menu. I tried following the steps, but now even when simply restarting the game I don't even have the language option (even without a mod). So I'm going to wait for an update and hope that a mod appears that allows the language switch.
This is the first time I've encountered this problem in years and it's very detrimental.

that's common problem, game is translated from other language to english and sometimes that other language pops up. not much to do to help it outside restarting.

No. There used to be a solo Sarah path (without Lisa) but it was discontinued due to lack of interest/to make dev more manageable.
