press shift+g down when you start game.When you are in the main menu you cannot go SHIFT+G... and when you can while playing (START/LOAD) you cannot choose the renderer, awesome I cannot use full screen because without angle/angle2 the mouse cursor is not visible.

If you want to play the Patreon version, just download that. It includes the entire game in one download. The Steam version is the only one broken up that way.
patreon and steam versions are different games, no comparability between versions, mods are for pat version (unless those got remade yesterday).

Yes, if you want to play the Steam version you need to play through each season in order as far as I'm aware, don't play that version myself. So I think what the dev was getting at with that statement is that you can't just download and play the Steam S3 version and start from that. if you mean ic-patch then that just breaks story. if wt-mod then patreon until/maybe jokerleader/some1 else (no idea if ocd works on steam version) makes mod for steam version.Whichever one has the working Ipatch would be my pick. That seems to be the Patreon version at the moment.
