Nah, you can open the patch with any text editor and see how much is rewritten. This isn't one of those simple replace "landlady" with "mom" patches

OH, then I misunderstood, yes something like URM or what you said would work. That is if the descriptor is compatible with this game, as I know it and URM are sometimes not with some games here and there.

You'll want to use the top section, the DOWNLOAD section. You'll get the whole game's update to this point from there.
The other sections are broken up for the Steam versioning
Edit: You can also search using the search bar at the top right of these pages to search for compressed versions of games here on this site
For example (what I do): I copy and paste the current games version in that search bar and the leave a space between and type compressed as well so it would look like this for this game to search using the search bar.... (using the bright Red "Search" button in the little drop-down window instead of hitting enter, to do the final search from that bar)

I edited my post, you can see what I do and it finds the compressed super fast and really easily. I'd suggest doing it the way I do, really does seem to work well, but i use the button to search. I don't type the info then enter, I actually type the info then use the "Search" button (a drop-down window appears when you click the search bar, it has it's own "Search" button)

I used to do it lik u mentioned but for some reasons it don’t always work,when I copy past the numbers of versions XD

You are correct, that's why i make sure i get that drop-down window and use that "Search" button instead of pressing enter
