0.4 and early development? I think not. 0.4 means for me 40% of the game is already completed. But as I read here, it takes minutes to "finish" the game.

If you've been around RPGM games they all label the versions differently. 0.4 can lead to 0.16, then you could say 16%.
But it all depends how the devs labels the version. I know of several RPGM games that were 0.4 and are now 0.20. And at 0.4 they look pretty developed. But nowhere near what the dev is trying to accomplish.

Overview:
The plot start when the main character is dragged in the Aurion's Kingdom due to a shipwreck along his travel to start a new life. Despite the fate, he decide to remain in the kingdom and to follow his fate, wherever the destination is. Passing trough epic battles and hot chicks, where the destiny drags him it's all to unveil!​
