The attached document on the discord is the same one as the one here. But it's for the hidden images, not the memories. I don't think anyone has made a full walkthrough yet that would point to how to get all of the memories. Post a screenshot of your gallery screen, Toon. Maybe someone can help fill in the blanks.

i guess in renpy you always put it in the ...(whatever)\Game Name\game folder no?

Yeah, my "no" was abrupt. But it can feel like a thankless task to go into any kind of detail when someone asks a question after they clearly haven't taken the time to check for themselves. There's been no indication that this game has died. The patreon, the discord, and this thread are all pretty active.
