Haven't played yet, but what I gathered from here is...
If you go, you unlock a scene for replay
If she goes, you unlock a hidden picture

Changelog:
New for android players: When you start the app it will ask you to allow or deny access to
your device files.
If you allow it, it will create a renpy saves folder so that you don't lose your
save file when you update the game from now on.

in this update you will get:
-new Landlady/Mom content
-new Roommate/Sister content
-new Margaret scene
-new fairy scene
-some crossover happening
-purple orchid game integrated
-new mail girl scene (unlocked after earning 250$)

This update will feel a little different, we are trying to open up the paths more with more meaningful choices than before.

Click on the map and return home. Took me 10 minutes of clicking around the asylum to see that there's nothing to click... Returning home continued the story.

I think 0.4.5b is a bit bugged. I didn't play 0.4.5, so I'm only playing now, and the whole new content with landlady is NOT unlocked after playing. Nothing in in phone. So you can play it, you can go to message 'new content coming soon' but progress was not saved? Last thing there is about the 'incredible night' which happened somewhere around 4.4 or even earlier?
