I played it with Shawn Mode (go to the first page and download it, you should be able to achieve 100% for both of the twins), complete the first streaming, after Mao's BJ (need to get 6 point moderating the chat). Go to the living room at home and "Watch some TV", go with Linda to the Hospital and select "Steam Event with the twins" (you will complete the 100% in there). Need to stay with the twins and have sex with Mao. After that you should be able to go back to the hospital, using the map. Select the purple orchid event then. After those 2 event yu should be able to have the missing scenes with Trixy.

OK, I fucked Mao but after that, there is no hospital icon on the map (which is logical as Linda doesn't need money for the surgery anymore). So, it's either you fuck Linda if you choose the Purple Orchid event or you fuck Mao if you choose the 2nd stream event? What's more, the girl in the post office doesn't offer a blowjob anymore (it was available earlier).

I went back and decided to go with the Purple Orchid event. That way, you get to fuck Linda (and earn the 5th chunck of love energy), you keep good relationships with both twins (just under 100%) and you don't make anyone angry.

If you go with the 2nd streaming event, then you have to decide whether to loose as much as 20 love points with Linda or Mao when the game asks you to choose between them. This route sucks. We'll see what the next update brings us and which choice is better.
