It'd be great if Itch told the developers specifically what the issue was. I'm guessing the school aspect is the problem, which would require a rework to it being a college/university or something (which wouldn't break the story as far as I remember). I'd imagine any incest (implied or otherwise) is also getting hit, but we'll know more as things go on.

they unlisted anything NSFW, so the problem with the game would be that it has NSFW content. dunno how that should help the dev tho.

It makes sense to unlist everything when ur not sure which game might be against the rules and which isn´t. they gonna list em again when they went through testing and there are no issues or rulebreaks. so yeah, expect games to be much more vanilla for quiet a while

The Awakening wasn't just unlisted, Itch hit it with a takedown. Purple Orchid (which is part of this game but also standalone), was not. Compare the pages:

As I said, I assume it's the school setting, which could be fixed by just upgrading the setting to college/university, and worst case by also bumping ages a year or two. There's no mention of other potential issues (consent issues aren't a thing in this game as far as I remember). If it is just the final-year-of-school issue, then it's a bit of a misread by Itch (a lot of other games have love interests of the same age); if it's more than that, then it's unclear. I doubt it's the dubious home situation, as there are games with incest-enabling flags which still haven't been taken down.

Personally, I wouldn't care if Slim cleared the situation to remove any hint of potential incest, bumped it to a small college/university, and/or bumped ages so that the youngest love interest is >20 (and they all stated it). Given the same people are going after SubscribeStar and Patreon (through the same channels), it may well be the only solution that keeps the game alive.

It's the middle of August.
I am finishing the last renders today.
I still need a few more days for some animations but I will have everything done by friday 22nd.

Another question:
How do you guys feel about clicking games, like cookie clicker?
Last sunday I coded a foundation for a lewd clicker that I could add as a minigame to the awakening.
Just curious how interested you'd be. Sadly it won't be ready for this update. It's more of a side thing anyway.

I personally voted against. There's been too many god damn distractions from advancing the story as it is.

For anyone that still hasn't figured out how to get the blowjob version of the last Mao scene, it has less to do with your love points (still need them, just don't know how many - I had around 70), but is primarily dependent on your score moderating the damned livestream. Less than 6 points, and enough love, handjob; 6 points or more with enough love, blowjob.

I broke down and ran URM on it and finally found the damned variables. And the minigame is a pain because a wrong choice takes away a point, and it isn't really clear what should be considered an insult/sexist and what is not.

I FUCKING HATE MINIGAMES. AND SANDBOXES. WHY AM I STILL PLAYING THIS! :ROFLMAO:

I admit, it made me appreciate more what Twitch mods have to go through. I went through it several times to try and min/max my 'score'. Thank god it wasn't randomized.

EDIT: I solved this problem by removing the "Universal Transparent Textbox" mod. Actually, this mod isn't needed if you install the multi-mod and then set text box transparency to 0.

I've started this game today and ran into a problem. The X-ray isn't working at all. There's no button on screen and clicking the x keyboard key also does nothing.

Anyone know what's up? I'd appreciate any help.

I also just arrived at a point where all the models suddenly look much worse. Is that how the models will stay then for the rest of the game?

If so, that really sucks. Why make the characters look amazing for 1-2 hours of gameplay and then have some 20 hours of much worse looking ones?

But maybe I've misunderstood something.
